One Hour Consultation

A One hour consultation to take a case history and explore a treatment plan including dietary and lifestyle changes, herbal medicine and/or nutritional supplements via email, phone, zoom or in person.

This does not include any herbal medicines or supplements.  It is for discussion on your presenting and past health concerns and for setting the scene for possible treatment plans for your improved health and well-being.

All prescriptions for natural medicine remedies are an additional cost.

All prescriptions can be sent you via courier/post within New Zealand at your cost (approximately $9-$15)

Any overseas prescriptions will be discussed.
